Annual General Meeting
Dear Member,
I am writing to give you notice of the club’s AGM which will be held on Friday 27th November @ 7.30pm.
Due to the prevailing Covid restrictions we will not be able to have the AGM in the pavilion this year, therefore the format will be agreed by the committee & I will send details to you by Monday 16th November.
I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that any member intending to propose a candidate for election should refer to rule 6.1.1 of the rules (which can be found on the website under Clubmark) & give 21 days notice in writing to the Secretary.
