Dear all,

Firstly, a huge thank you to you all for supporting the Attenborough Cricket Club 150 Club for another year. We are able to provide a small amount of funds towards helping the Club pay for such items as the new nets, the new fencing, and the upkeep of the grounds and pavilion. As the year is now drawing to an end it is time to look towards our Grand Christmas Draw and also look to renew your 150 Club number for 2020.

1. Date for the Christmas Draw

You are all cordially invited to the official Christmas Draw which will be held tomorrow (Tuesday 17th December) from 7.30pm at the Attenborough Club Pavilion. The bar will be open and we are offering (for a small charge of £2.00) hot Turkey and stuffing cobs and a mince pie. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with club friends before Christmas and share a festive tipple or two!

A reminder of the prizes available;

• 1st prize – £500.
• 2nd prize – £200.
• 3rd prize – £50

2. Christmas/Birthday Vouchers

Are you stuck for a Christmas present for a friend or loved one? How about buying them a number in the 150 Club and giving them a chance to win cash prizes during the year. We can produce a printed voucher for you with their name and allocated number ready for you to wrap. If you would like to do this, then please do get in touch on this email address and we can get this ready for you.

3. Renew your Numbers

It is now time to renew your numbers for 2020. Please email us on attenboroughcc.fundraising@gmail.com to confirm that you want to renew your numbers for the next calendar year. Each 150 Club number costs £20.00. If you would like us to remind you what your current numbers are, or you would like additional numbers, again please do get in touch.

Payment will need to be made via one of the following options by Friday 17th January 2020.

• In person at the Christmas Draw (tomorrow) – we will be there to receive cash, cheques or card payment.
• Payment can be left at the Attenborough Club Bar whenever it is open, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 150 Club SURNAME.
• By Bank Transfer – HSBC, Sort Code 40-10-06, Account Number: 61524488, quoting reference 150 Club SURNAME.
• By Paypal – Using the Store on the Club Website – https://www.attenborough-cc.org/product/150-club-annual/.

Once you’ve made your payment, please do drop us an email to let us know so we can tick you off the list!

The January 2020 draw will be made the week commencing Monday 20th January, so please make sure your payments have been made before then.
