Concussion in Recreational Cricket Webinar

Concussion in Recreational Cricket Webinar

Hi,

Please see below from Sam Johnson, Trent Bridge.

Cheers.

“Hi All,

A recent study led by Nottinghamshire CCC committee member Dr Ravi Badge and some of his colleagues investigated the currently knowledge levels surrounding Concussion in Recreational Cricket.

While the responses were encouraging, as the next step in educating the recreational cricket network, they are hosting a webinar on “Concussion in Recreational Cricket”, to be held on 14th March, at 6.30pm via Zoom.

As you all know, concussion in recreational cricket is uncommon but can be fatal if it happens and is not recognised in time. Ravi and his medically-trained colleagues have a lot of insight that they will be able to pass on via this webinar.

We would encourage all cricket lovers, especially captains, players and umpires, to consider signing up for this educational session to increase their knowledge around this subject.

You can sign up for the zoom via this Google Form, with login details included below and at the top of the registration page: https://forms.gle/Nui1on8DHtFvDDRS8

Meeting ID: 847 7088 1360
Passcode: 303027

Thanks in advance for your active participation,

Sam”
