It was a day to forget at The Breach as Eastwood humbled the 2nd XI by 7 wickets with 37 overs to spare. Only Will Shields made much of an impression with the bat with 31 in a total of 95 all out. In a flurry of boundaries the home side cruised to victory sending the visitors back home with just a solitary point which is now their reduced lead at the top of Division B, albeit with a game in hand.
Scorecard
There was a similar story at Chilwell as the 3rd XI slipped to a 6 wicket defeat. There were 45 unbeaten runs from Colin McConnell in a total of 131 for 5 from 45 overs. Martin Firbank and Josh Wilson chipped in with 23 and 22 respectively. Chilwell's reply relied heavily on their opener who made 82 not out of their winning reply having used just half of their overs. Colin McConell again starring in taking all four wickets for 23

The 4th XI secured a good win on Long Lane against a Collingham team with less than a full complement. Electing to bat first the visitors recorded 128 all out with Nick Gibson claiming 3 wickets for 1 run. In reply Carl Knight 34 and Andy Waddle 53* were the mainstays as the target was surpassed with 8 overs to spare.
