At The Strand the 1sts were bowled out for 130 against Long Eaton but the bowling attack saw off the visitors with Ben Bhabra starring with 6 for 19, his best ever return for the club, supported by Ryan Swiers with 3 for 19 in a total of 101. With nearest rivals Collingham being unable to complete their game the 1sts have now established an 18 point lead at the top of Division A.

Scorecard
It was not such a happy story for the 3s as they went down to a 9 wicket defeat on Long Lane at the hands of division leaders Balderton. There were good contributions from Ben Sheppard 48 and Colin McConnell 32 in a total of 118 for 9. However the bowling attack couldn't make much inroad into the visitors batting as they knocked off the runs for the loss of one wicket with 8 overs to spare.
