Unfortunately it's been the worst Saturday of the season with only the 2nds winning to remain unbeaten in Division D.
The 1sts lost heaily against Wollaton who amassed 313 for 5 after putting on over 200 for the first wicket. Ben Bhabra with 3 for 66 being the leading bowler. The 1sts slip to second in league with Hucknall now leading by 4 points.
Richard Henson was in magnificent form for the 2nds with 115 unbeaten runs that included 14 fabulous 4s and 6 scintillating 6s. His hundred came off 63 balls with the second 50 taking just 19! Such was his dominance that his 50 came off the second ball of the 40th over, the next 34 balls yielded 68 runs with 65 coming from Richard's bat. Only Pete Turner of the rest looked in any sort of form with 36 at the top of the innings. Wickets fell regularly in Hickling's reply as they were bowled out off the last ball of the match for 145. Another full 20 points. Scorecard
The 3rds had a difficult trip to Balderton and came off second best as the home side took their toll on the bowlers scoring 243 for 7 with Colin McConnell taking 4 of them.
