Saturday Results

Our 1sts won again on the road at West Indian Cavaliers with Andy Simkiss (5 - 47) starring with the ball and Craig Heiden (71*) and Alec McKinlay (44*) knocking off the majority of the 147 runs needed in a 9 wicket win.  They continue to push Hucknall hard for top spot in Division A moving to within 2 points.

Our 2nds were without a game, but the 3rds secured a 20 point win against Hucknall at Long Lane.  Accurate bowling and a drying pitch saw runs hard to come by as Hucknall could only manage 89 all out from 42 overs.  Charlie Simkiss and James Grenfell each taking 4 wickets.  The win was never really in doubt as Will Shields smashed a few boundaries on his way to 39 and a welcome 5 wicket win. Scorecard

The 4ths are sitting in mid-table after travelling to Oxton to play Gedling Colliery and falling 37 runs short in another run chase.  Once again Carl Knight top-scored with 46.
